Pleasant little hotel in a quiet area, not too far from city center. A tram trip to center takes about 10-15 minutes, trams 2 & 10 (if I remember correctly). When using trams, there is about 100 meters long hill to climb from the tram stop. The room and the bathroom were big and clean. The breakfast was OK, although there was not plenty of it. I´d stay there again.
