Booked into this hotel fairly late at night, as much of Ulm was booked out at this point (just before Christmas).
Adequate hotel, nothing special though. The rooms were of a good size, and amenities were fine.
Some external noise, owing to it being adjacent to an IC/ICE train hub.
However, we found the staff to be extremely rude and unhelpful in even the most simple requests.
Overall, a competent business hotel.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof und auf der anderen Straßenseite beginnt die Fußgängerzone, es war ein wirklich tolles Hotel. Gute Zimmer, sauber und sehr praktisch war die Nähe zum Bahnhof. Unser Zimmer überblickte die Züge im Bahnhof, darüber hat sich mein Mann sehr gefreut weil er sich sehr gerne Züge ansieht. Das Frühstück war teuer aber es gab tolle Möglichkeiten, im Bahnhof zu essen, das war unten gleich um die Ecke.
