I stayed here in February for 2 nights, in a superior single at the internet rate of 100 euros per night, excluding breakfast. I had the "gable" room, i.e., the one at the very top, with windows on 3 sides. I loved it! Although it wasn't luxurious by American standards, it was very typical of European hotels. And when else can you stay in such an old, charming place? The bed was very comfortable and clean. Maybe because it was February, I wasn't bothered as much as other posters by the partying noise from the square, and the church bells didn't bother me, either. And, as a bonus, because of all the windows, I got some great night shots of the castle. I didn't require TLC from the staff, but they were helpful when I asked for a map and to tell me where the bus stop to get back to the train station was. I would definitely stay here again.
