I was luck enough to visit Europa Park with free theme park entry and free stay in the Rebstock Hotel. The hotel is on a quiet side street in the town of Rust only a 2 minutes walk from the theme park entrance. Being able to walk to Europa Park meant we could arrive and leave after most people had gone. The queues are much smaller than you'd expect in the park. On average we only queued for about 20 mins a ride and sometimes in the evening not at all. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English (handy, as we don't speak any German). The town of Rust has a few restaurants but they tend to close early (about 10 pm). The hotel rooms are fairly basic but ok.
