We booked the hotel thinking it was close enough to Europa park to walk. It is very close to the park but it is quite a walk because of where the entrance is located. If you plan to park its very easy to get to. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. They showed us to our room, made sure it was up to our satisfaction. When we had breakfast they were very attentive. They were also very friendly to our children. The rooms are beautiful. We ate dinner one night in the restaurant and were very pleased. They have a lot to choose from and everything our family ordered was delicious. We know very little German and we were able to communicate with all of the employees.
