Inizio' trovando il nominativo in un sito internet , verificato la disponibilita' per il periodo del nostro soggiorno abbiamo telefonato all'hotel per chiedere conferma e per sapere come potevamo prenotare.La risposta fu' o online o con vaglia postale.Decidemmo per il secondo e il giorno dopo lo effettuammo.Arrivato il giorno della partenza, premetto che noi siamo di Perugia e Baveno é a 400km abbiamo fatto il viaggio serenamente fino all'arrivo.Sorpresa entrati nella reception ci sentiamo dire che l'hotel era pieno e che la nostra prenotazione non risultava.VERGOGNA!!!!VERGOGNA!!!
