Hotel had excellent location 5 mins walk to main station..
Very friendly and helpful, organised departure taxi willingly.
Acceptable breakfast. Hotel was very clean, and tidy and we were very happy but for one thing. We were allocated a room on the 4th floor, no lift, no obvious fire escape instructions and no visable means of escape other than out through a high level window and hope that the snow guard would stop one from falling 4 stories, This room should not be offered to tourists. If you go there don't accept this room. 4 stories is a bit much to climb although cases were carried up for us. This room is , as far as we know, the only one on this floor and we think it should be withdrawn. Otherwise stay there and be very happy.
