By car:
From Munich Airport, Stuttgart, Nuremberg or Passau:
- Drive towards Munich and follow the signs for the A95 motorway
- Drive away from the city centre on the A95 motorway and continue towards Garmisch-Partenkirchen
- Exit the A95 at Fürstenried, Gauting, Wangen, Neuried
- At the traffic lights, turn left onto the Neurieder Straße. Follow this street onto the Herterichstraße, which leads to Solln.
- After about 4 km and the 2nd set of traffic lights, you will see a small church on the left-hand side and the hotel directly opposite.
From Salzburg:
- At the Brunnthal motorway triangle, drive towards München-Giesing / Garmisch-Partenkirchen
- Exit the motorway at Oberhaching/Grünwald and drive towards Grünwald.
- At the Grünwald market place, continue straight ahead towards Pullach (on the other side of the river Isar).
- On route B11, turn right towards Munich’s city centre. At the Wolfratshauser/Herterichstraße junction, turn left onto the Herterichstraße. Continue as described above.
From Lindau:
- Follow the route to the exit Unterpfaffenhofen/Germering/Planegg/ Krailling
- Turn right towards Planegg/Neuried
- After about 10 minutes, you will reach the Neurieder Straße, which turns into the Liesl-Karlstadt-Straße and Herterichstraße in Forstenried,. This street leads to Solln. Continue as described above.
From Garmisch-Partenkirchen:
- Exit the A95 motorway at Fürstenried West, Gauting, Neuried.
- Turn right at the traffic lights and drive onto the Liesl-Karlstadt-Straße. Continue as described above.
