Mercure Bonn Hardtberg - Bonn, Germany 

I stayed here while I was on business in Bonn. I had seen pictures of the hotel on their site and i kinda knew what to expect. The hotel is a good three star product and represents good value for money. Breakfast was very good and had a very extensive buffet. I had lunch on one of thedays service was good but the food was very greasy. The staff were execellent, everyone of them had fluent english, they were very professional and looked the part. 2 negatives was the hotel was abit out of the town and cost ?15 in a taxi to get into the city centre. The second negative thing was the internet access was very poor, when i asked to be contected they told me it was available in the evening time and when I tried to get connected the price was very expensive.
