City Hotel Munchen (Superior) - Munich, Germany 

Great hotel!

The location is good: it's right next to the train station and about a 20 minute walk to Marienplatz. There are metro and bus stops close by. I liked this hotel because: it was very clean, the breakfast was great, the front desk service was excellent, there's free internet access, and the beds were comfortable. As noted by a previous reviewer, there is a sex shop as you walk by on the street, but it never bothered me and I felt like it was a safe location. We asked for a non-smoking room, which they provided. If you want a quiet room, ask for one that doesn't face the street. I recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

We Stayed at this hotel for a week, we had a double room facing the street, there was hardly any noise to be heard inside the room . The room was large and was furnished lovely, was spotlessly clean and clean towels were provided every day if needed. The staff were really friendly and couln't do enough to help you, whatever you asked for they could helpyou. It was a couple of minutes walk to the Hauptbahnhof, and about 15 minutes walk to the Marienplatz and other tourist attractions. Breakfast was good but limited choice for cooked food. After reading a few reviews about the area before our visit i wasn't sure what to expect, but it wasn't nothing to worry about. there was a strip club a few doors up but all you could see was a doorway and some bright lights I would definatly stay in this hotel again on my next visit to Munich and would recommend it to anyone.
