Travel information
The Méridien is located directly opposite the main railway station. If you arrive by train, simply leave the railway station via the south entrance.
From the airport, take a taxi (the journey time is about 45 minutes) or catch the airport shuttle bus which connects you to the heart of Munich every 20 minutes. Alternatively, take S-Bahn (city rail) lines 1 or 8 to the city centre (the journey time is about 40 minutes).

The location is superb for all aspects of Munich life from shopping, the hotel's food is very good and the front desk can be very pleasant or a bit rude depending on you speak to. The rooms are modern.
Central location near to all attractions, excellent hotel and nicely appointed lobby. In addition quick and fast service, modern room. Nice Bar, good breakfast buffet and a perfect choice.
After touring Old Town and little sensitive on price. Pillows were also awful, pool was small.
I liked the view - the dision of the room and i Like the location of the hotel near the main train station. Moreover the service is exceptionally good, the plasma TV is wonderful.
