Nice hotel close to Oktoberfest fairgrounds and breakfast is good.

The location is bad, this second room does not have wardrobes - just an open space to hang one's clothes.

The hotel serves a good, friendly staff and the tired furniture cheap bathroom. Furthermore breakfast was excellent.

Hotel location is pretty near central train station and also breakfast is quiet mouthwatering.

The restaurants in the area are of the greasy spoon standard and the could only provide a different room only on last day is the day no hot water was available on a very cold Munchen day.
