King's Hotel First Class - Munich, Germany     

Since this was my first trip out of the United States, I was a bit leary as to what I was getting myself into. I booked this room as part of the BMW European Delivery Package. They offered what looked to be a nice hotel in a good location for a great price. My stay at the Kings was first rate. Upon checking in, the front desk person informed me that they had "upgraded" me to a suite. I thought, "this cannot be possible - I don't get this lucky." This turned out to be not just any suite, but rather "the Kings suite." Looking at the floor plan, this was the largest type of suite in the hotel...It was a great place to stretch out during our stay. Everything in our room was perfectly clean. I even ran my fingers along the top side of the bed's canopy and they came out with barely any dust on them...not that this would have bothered me, but it did impress. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very nice as was the service. In fact, if I could've packed the lovely 'bartendress' and breakfast coordinator in my suitcase to take home with me, I would have. They were extremely pleasant...and somehow they knew the brand new white bmw is the parking lot was mine. A very nice touch. They gave us suggestions each day on what to see outside of the Munich metro. There are probably better (more expensive) places in Munich, but the charm, hospitality and price is right at the Kings 1st Class.

My boyfriend and I chose to stay at this hotel (the other king's hotel was the same price the night we stayed in Munich so we went for the 1st class). It was 97 euros for the night and was worth it. It is not far from the main train station and many of the sights of munich. We only took the metro out to the olympic park and from the airport and walked everywhere else. It was hot outside but the air conditioning system had just been set up so we turned it up and it was very comfortable to sleep there. Probably the best hotel during our European trip in terms of temperature at night. We also got to check in a little early which was nice. The staff was friendly all so. Probably the biggest room that we staying in during our trip as well. Would highly reccommend it!
