Since I wrote my earlier review (in 2002), the Haberstock has been renovated. It is now quite lovely and a tremendous value in M?nchen. Breakfast is awesome in the renovated breakfast room. Rooms are clean, bright, cheerful, and very tastefully furnished. While the renovation lost a little of the character of the hotel, it is now an even better value. Highly, highly recommended. I stay here every time I am in M?nchen 3more on GTAHotels

Excellent location, comfortable stay. Wide choice for breakfast. Most of all, very helpful staff at the reception.
Located right next to the Hauptbahnhof, & a five-minute walk to Marienplatz. What more does one need? 3.8more on Venere
