Single room was cozy, efficient, immaculate. Location one block off a main street was easy to get to, but in a very quiet area. The service personnel at the desk very helpful regarding the location of various events. Items .in mini bar removed, so one may refrigerate one's own items. 2 bottles each of water and beer complimentary. Read review

The proximity to the "Wiesn" (Octoberfest) is outstanding for the value. With an Isar card you can get anywhere by hoping on the 58 bus. The rooms are tasteful and not too small. Check in and check out was no problem and the availability of a bar in-house is a big plus. Personnel was very friendly.. Read review

room and bathroom were big and I liked having the refrigerator and a washer & dryer

air conditioning did not work properly, when we informed the desk staff on 1st night they said the technician was gone, it wasn't fixed the next day and when we informed them again, they said it only worked when it hit 22 degrees in the room - this made 3 nights of sleep very unpleasant

Convenient to my conference & a bus away from the center, quiet place and the staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. The bathroom was huge.

Location was good and we had such a pleasant stay that we book another Derag City Appartment in Vienna. Staff were very friendly, the tv had a free movie channel in English.
