What Travellers Like

I would like to commend one of the receptionists, Klaus. We arrived as a group of 7 with 4 beds in one room and 3 in anonther. He advised this would be a bit cramped and calmly and efficiently gave us the option to move 2 people to a sister hotel about 30 meters away. Understanding it was Oktoberfest season, this was a huge help and made our Munich experience even better.. Read review
