This was a brilliant location for the Oktoberfest
only a short stroll away from the park and very easy to walk back from.
We paid over £200.00 a night for this hotel and even though this was only a three star we did expect better service.
The Room was very basic but clean with a high level of noise which you would expect from a central location the problem was our curtains we had nets but the actual curtain material itself did not streach across the window only a foot either side which we found very strange and therefore we awoke with the sun every morning, not very nice when your having late nights.
We only had one very thin pillow each and as my partner suffers from asthma we explained the situation to reception and kindly asked for another one, they were rude and refused at first, so we used one of the duvet's as a pillow and shared one single cover, this did not work so we found somebody else to ask and they finally
helped us.
The breakfast was very basic and again the staff rude when I asked for some tea.
I was very disappointed with this hotel especially as like most English people I hate complaining especially when you on holiday.
