Parkhotel St. Georg - Cologne, Germany 

Get ready for an early start!

The St. George is a reasonably maintained hotel with small but clean rooms, which are furnished rather cheaply (Ikea?). The bed is fine (2 mattresses) and there's a tv with mainly German channels. The single-pane window lets noise in from the road outside, which was made worse by the lack of adequate curtains. For some unknown reason, the hotel has chosen see-through curtains which might as well be absent, so get ready for an early and sunny start! The bathroom is tiny and lacks shampoo, etc. (just hand wash). A hairdryer is available though. Breakfast was more than adequate and the personnel is kind but casual. Wireless Internet is available at a cost. If it's just for the night, it's not a bad place to stay; unless you want to sleep late of course.

Hotel no recomendable. Las habitaciones están sucias, son ruidosas y el servicio es todo menos amable.

Dirty rooms, unfriendly staff. Will never be back again or reccomend to anyone.
