Excellent hotel in a very good location. Lots of bars and shops around and about a 20 min walk to the Cathedral. Rooms are very clean and spacious with good facilities. Nice reception and bar area. A big plus point is the superb leisure faciliities, which inlcude a gym, sauna, solarium and a great swimming pool. For the price, this hotel is a bargain.

No internet in the room! What's that about? The front desk staff needs to take pointers on customer service from the wait staff and house keeping. At least they smiled and seemed to enjoy their job. I couldn't wait to check out!

Fantastic Hotel

Perfect location as hotel is around the corner from Main train station and major shopping area. I took the ICE train to and from airport which was only EUR * and 14 minutes each way. The Hotel is very modern with top notch professional service. The breakfast was very good, where else could you make your own waffles? Yummy :)

Happy to have stayed here!

"Clean well equipped rooms. Very friendly, educated staff. The level of service at Crowne Plaza Koln was excellent, we felt very well taken care of. Internet was a bit pricey, but we utilized it nonetheless. Location is terrific, and would reccommend this hotel for any Cologne visitor."
