Travel information
By car: Take the A1 (from the North) or A57 until the motorway junction for 'Cologne-Nord'. Continue towards the city centre. Take the A1 (from the South) or A4 (from the West) until the motorway junction for 'Cologne-West'. Continue towards the city centre.

Food and Beverage
Excellent restaurants, as well as various cosy bars and cafés, are situated within walking distance. Each morning, we offer a rich breakfast buffet.
We stayed at this hotel for three nights in October 2007. The location is quite good, just a 10-15 minute walk from the cathedral and 5 minutes from the nearest metro station, and there are many restaurants and bars close to the hotel. The breakfast was quite okay, although the breakfast room was small so it got crowded quite fast.
Our room was a bit shabby and there was a strange smell in the bathroom. There was no heating in the bathroom so it was a bit chilly. The wall seemed to be very thin, and you could hear you neighbour’s every move. There’s no lift in the hotel so if you have much luggage you’ll have to be prepared to carry it up the stairs.
We payed 68 euros/night for a double room and we would not have been willing to pay more than that. According to a price list in the hotel room the rack price for a double room could be over 200 euros, and that would be way too expensive for a hotel of this standard! According to their website it is a 3-star hotel but in our opinion 2 stars would be closer to reality.
