2.2generally, i thought the hotel was adequate. my room was small but clean. however, the heater did not work and i had to sleep under 3 blankets wearing a sweater and socks. my reception was very poor. first, no one received me. the front desk was empty and even after i rang the bell several times, no one showed up. i thought maybe i was at the wrong hotel. so i went outside to check the name and address and i was at the right place. eventually someone did show up but he seemed rather annoyed to have been disturbed to help me. he was not very helpful and annoyed when i asked him questions like where my room was located, what was served for breakfast, how did i get to the city. he did not offer to help me with my bags either. as he was the first person i interacted with at the hotel, he really soured my impression of the hotel. however, i was happy to see that another employee was working the next morning and she was rather helpful and nice. the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood although it is not close to the cathedral. however, it is very easy to take the train to the main tourist destinations like the cathedral and the train station.
