Nice views of city from upper floors, for the promotion price the value was excellent and staff was also very friendly. The beds were very comfortable.

Shops fairly quiet roads and pullman Cologne very nice hotel. Excellent service and superbly comfortable beds. Lovely sheets and amazing breakfast.

Great location for tour of Christmas markets not too near the noise and i have stayed at this hotel for over 30 years under 4 different ownerships. The service is very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. The restaurants serve fantastic food.

Location was excellent to tour city and we were on a bed & breakfast stay & the breakfast buffet was delicious & well stocked. Staff were great and the room was a good size.
