2.9The place has a good marketing approach using the name of the hotel to set the stage for a relationship with each customer. Though we didn't strike up any such relationship, the front desk staff was in fact both friendly and helpful. For our quick overnight stay, the courtesy helped compensate for what we considered to be a odorous, carpet-stained room. The hotel wasn't fancy, and the location wasn't great either, though the price was relatively decent and the bus out front provided easy access to more lively areas of the surrounding neighborhoods.
