Smart, good value (particularly when there is no trade fair in Cologne), friendly and efficient staff. Room (#57) was great, spacious with roof terrace, comfy bed, desk, minibar, etc, all stylish design. Heard room at lower floors quite small (but not seen), so try and get an upper one. Restaurant / cafe downstairs had good selection of dishes available at reasonable prices from early till late. Outside terrace with palm trees particularly nice. Location great in pleasant neighbourhood with plenty of shops and restaurants, 20 mins walk through excellent shopping area to the old twon centre and the dome (or 2 tram stops).
