The staff was friendly, accommodating, and spoke perfect English. I ate several times in the hotel restaurant and thought it was delicious with excellent service. The bar, too, was a great place to relax. The room was freshly redone in a very modern way. My room had a big comfy leather club chair, really comfortable bed with high quality bedding, and a clean, good-sized bathroom. The pool, in the basement, was really nice, too with an attendant on duty.. Read review

Good location and we dont have any advice about its parking because we used the public one just in front of the hotel costs just 12euros/24h. The rooms are nice, they have wonderful terrace.
Friendly staff in general and the swimming pool could be a bit crowded at times.
The decoration was very good in all the hotel and the staff were wonderfully friendly and professional. Furthermore the single beds were very
large and comfortable, breakfast was excellent.
Closeness to all the interesting places in Cologn and helpful staff. Lovely comfortable bed and great Breakfast. Wide choice and i loved the big vase of german festive treats on reception.
