- My husband and I stayed at this hotel last year, it was amazing, so beautiful, clean, and friendly. The rooms are huge, with giant superking beds and we had a view of the river and we went in July when they have a festival on, most of it happens outside the hotel, there's music and at the end of the night a wonderful and breathtaking firework display that goes on for half an hour.. Posted: Feb 26, 2008 - chip1784 - I appreciated the fluffy bathrobes and slippers, as well as the separate shower and bath facility. The beds were comfortable, and I slept like a baby every single night. The restaurants were all great with a variety of foods that fit every mood and time of day. I cannot say enough about the staff that served us everyday as we finished our workdays. I should also note that the rest of the staff members at the Hyatt were very also helpful and friendly, and I appreciated their warm hospitality.. Read review
Posted: Jun 25, 2005 - Tulsagirl - Our suite -- booked the week prior by Mick Jagger - was AMAZING. We had a fully stocked and complimentary bar with a wide variety of snacks. The room was directly accross from the cathedral with fantastic views. The breakfast and drinks in the concierge suite was wonderful as well. While at the hotel we enjoyed room service which was again not only wonderfully perpared but wisked to our suite in what seemed like a few minutes. The staff at this hotel could not be more helpful. They know their city well, are well versed in arranging reservations for just about anything. On our return, the luggage was in our room, the laundry was clean and pressed ready to be packed for our return to the States.. Read review
