La Quinta Manhattan - New York City, USA 

La Quinta hotels is almost all I use at work and at play and it will stay that way. We used Return points to go to New York for 4 nights ( Wenesday - Sunday morning). I was not sure if the free rooms deal would get us the "free room Deal" What we got was a very nice place to go to after the long days out and about the the city that near sleeps. New York City--- What a town and The Manhattan La Quinta was a very nice Hotel. Pro: Location Cons: Internet weak on floor 12. Thanks

Booked this hotel using LaQuinta Returns points and very pleased overall Room cleanliness was top notch. As the previous reviewer noted, the bathroom sink encroaches on the toilet but it's a century old building and bathrooms are on the small side. Overall the room was very comfortable and the housekeeping excellent. Don't think you'll find a cleaner room anywhere. Breakfast was nice too and the location of the hotel is quite convenient. Major shortcoming, however, is with the elevators. They move SLOWLY, very very slowly. While two elevators should be more than adequate for a hotel of this size, these two elevators move at about one-third the speed of a normal elevator. Hence there are long waits, even at 1 o'clock in the morning! If you're looking for a fast-paced "New York minute" trip, the elevators here will certainly disappoint.
