The site could be a bit misleading as the building houses at least 3-4 hotels inside (one hotel on each floor).. kinda interesting. However after this surprise we realized that Garni is absolutely OK. The rooms are relatively small so plan for a stay-for-sleep-only type of ride. Otherwise it's 100 clean, friendly and close to the city center. We found this hotel ideal for our 5 day stay in HH. For bath/sauna and things like that you should look further...

the hotel wagner is in the basement of the building. My roon from the front desk was very far. I did have ro open 2 doors in the building before to arrive to my room. The for that room was quiet hihgh. People told me i could have the same price for a 3 star hotel new by. I won't go again to the Wagner hotel

good value for the money. Great location...near Damtor banhof and Alster. Can walk to lake and enjoy a peaceful walk. ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS...AND if you like to bike a great bike rental store is just around the corner. Breakfast choices were very good..and the staff quite cordial. I would definitely stay there again.
