Dining

The Kleinhuis restaurant combines the tradition of Hamburg coffee houses with wines and regional cuisine.

The Kleinhuis has been decorated with items from the coffee museum of the Hamburg coffee merchant, Jens Burg. All varieties of coffee used are provided by this merchant and are hand ground. Sit back and relax with the newspapers and magazines on offer in the afternoon.

Tea is provided by Darboven. Compliment both coffee and tea with delicious chocolates, freshly made cakes from the Kruschat confectionary in Elmshorn or home-made cakes from the Kleinhuis Patisserie.

Dinner in the evening is prepared with the wine which is to accompany it in mind. The coffee on offer after dinner is also chosen to compliment the wine which was drunk during the meal.

Old City, friendly welcome and only good element of breakfast was their home-made Müsli. Moreover the front desk staff was EXTREMELY helpful and nice, the room was very clean.

Just a few steps to the smaller city lake and good Staff - Very Nice Hotel - Good Location. EXCELLENT service at an EXCELLENT price, has the best breakfast in Hamburg.

Ridiculously expensive internet and no free wireless.

The location near the very city centre, helpful staff and service most friendly including the restaurant in the evening.

Hotel itself is a small one, no shower cap or other amenities.
