Well located hotel, within 15 minutes walk of railway station, over road from bus station and close to main shopping area. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 1315, but helpful and friendly staff locked luggage away while we went to orient ourselves before returning 2 hours later. Bedroom was large with oversize double bed, very clean, well equiped including tea/coffee making facilities. Good size bathroom. Hotel was quiet, with no noise from other guests, even although there was a conference in the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, friendly and efficient waiting staff.

We were booked at the NH Bruges by the event planners who arranged accommodations for a business meeting. The hotel is a decent hotel, within walking distance from the train station, across the street from the main bus terminal and a close walk into the center of Bruges. There are plenty of restaurants and shops right across the street. The service at the desk and in the restaurant is very good and everyone on the staff was helpful and pleasant. I didn't use the pool but the fitness center was adequate. The breakfast is very good, complete with the usual assortment of both hot and cold choices, and again, very good service.
Our room had everything we needed, including a humungous coffee maker that took 20 minutes of trial-and-error to get working. The decor and carpeting was a bit tired, but certainly not too bad. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet. Our room faced the back of the hotel, so I can't comment on noise in rooms that faced the main street.
The one thing that they really need to change is the brand of toiletries supplied - using the soap is like washing with candy. I bought some soap at a market in town to use during our stay. The shampoo had the same candy-sweet smell but luckily I always bring my own hair care products.
I'd stay there again.
