Booked this hotel through a recommendation, but was pretty disappointed. Location wasn't amazing (slightly puzzled by previous reviews!), and for the cost I could easily have booked a more stylish, better quality hotel. Having said that it was only 10 mins walk to Alexanderplatz and plenty going on up there! Although it was nice, it felt as though everything was done on the cheap, and that they were trying to claw every penny out of guests; wifi and hotel meals v expensive. Staff, whilst friendly and helpful didn't seem particularly organised, and there was confusion with staff trying to charge us 32euros for a couple of croissants and make us pay twice for the room! At all in all, OK but could do much better!

Rooms nices, Staff helpful. Beds firm, pillows very soft. No shampoo provided in the room, Shower Gel dispensers don't work well. Breakfast expensive, supermarket not far, Good value Internet cafe nearby. Close to museum island and U-ban just outside hotel.
