We were met by the most welcoming employee who really helped make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were meticulous and the breakfast was great. My only word of advice is to watch out for all the intravenous and pipe-smoking drug users that litter the streets on your way to downtown (not right outside the hotel, however). Quite shocking!

As usual, I had a lot of reactions to the hotel, but until you change your absolutely ridiculous "Anonymous only" policy there's no real incentive to put them in your database. Other websites (book dealers, for example, or car review sites) have plenty of ways of figuring out how to keep reviewers both accountable AND letting them use "pen names" or such so that readers can track the rewiews of their favorite reviewers; you should too. But a lot of the people who stay in your hotels are persons of prominence in their communities, I suspect, and they won't be inclined to publicly attach their name to an endorsement of a hotel on your website any more than they would in a magazine advertisement. It's too bad, because Venere is an otherwise good concept, ruined by this fatal flaw. Good day....

My only complaint would be that the room was located along a very noisy street which made it difficult to sleep at times. Otherwise the service was excellent.

Very clean, comfortable and convenient with good access to railway station. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely stay again when next in Frankfurt on business.

Overpriced tinny room!

Granted most hotels were full on my visit, but for my $166 I got a room the size of a match box. There was barley enough room for the single bed. The carpet was dirty. The TV was placed so high up you really needed to be standing to see it. Again the room and bathroom was so small, I though I was in a sleeper car on a train. There was not even a place to put the suitcase. Do to the full status of the hotels in the area, this would have been ok if the price was much more resonable for this room. I would say the room was really worth $40.
