No he podido ir por la muerte de mi padre (el 31/04/09), llamé al hotel para anular y me dijeron que no me iban a devoler nada porque era muy tarde. Normalmente en casos extremos no se cobra, o se cobra solo la primera noche... Muy feo Ya me habian cobrado el 24/04.

Ho passato a Francoforte il ponte del 1 novembre e ho soggiornato 3 notti al Crown Hotel. L'hotel è a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria centrale, economicissimo (65 euro a notte con colazione), pulito, con tutte le comodità (tv, asciugacapelli, camera grande). La location è un po' particolare, essendo in pieno distretto a luci rosse. E' circondato da sexy shop e locali di vario genere, che fanno sì che la fauna locale sia prettamente maschile. Non abbiamo avvertito nessun tipo di pericolo anche la sera tardi, e comunque è spesso presente la polizia per controllare sostanzialmente qualche ubriaco. Seguite però il mio consiglio, se volete trascorrere notti tranquille: camere sul retro e piano il più alto possibile, se non volete partecipare in diretta tutta la notte agli spettacoli, accompagnati da musica techno altissima ,del locale immediatamente sottostante. La zona è anche ricchissima di ristoranti etnici di ogni genere ed è ottimamente servita dai mezzi pubblici. Volevamo un bel posticino economico, e siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

I booked the reservation through Ratestogo.com. The price was right, the location is near the Hauptbahnhof, only 1-2 blocks distant and maybe a five minute walk. The room was good sized compared to some others we've seen in Europe and it seemed that it was remodeled not long ago because the bathroom and tile grout was quite clean. The staff was standoffish at first but were friendly after we talked for a while. They spoke some English with varying degrees, and I was glad for that because I cannot speak German. The only problem, and this was covered in other reviews is that the neighborhood is a bit roudy and loud consisting of Bars and sex clubs. I recommend asking for a room facing the back of the hotel, not the street.. But once inside the hotel, there is no bother.
