"Awesome value, great location"Posted: Mon, Nov 23 2009Value:
3We stayed here for four nights in June. The hotel itself is nothing fancy but well worth the money. When we were there, the mini bar was free. The mini bar included two bottles of Pepsi, two bottles of sparkling water, a big bottle of water and two bottles of beer. Internet was free via the business centre in the lobby. There were about 6 computers in total in the business centre. Local phone calls were free. There's a free ironing service (didn't manage to try this one out). Everything you would expect to find in a hotel room were present except for a safe. There are plenty of television channels but only 2-3 were English (CNN, MTV, BBC). Only thing I wasn't too happy about the room was the lack of air conditioning. In summer, it tends to get a bit warm but they do provide a fan.
Location wise, the hotel is right next to the train station which puts it 2-3 minutes away from the metro station. Being the main train station, nearly every line (U-Bahn, S-Bahn, national and international rail services) passes through this station. All the main tourist attractions are about 1-3 stations away by metro and possibly 20 minutes by foot.
