Business hotel as usual. Good service, friendly staff and quiet nice rooms. The rooms are renovated, clean and ok. Even the small restaurant (Stube) is pretty. This hotel is on a good 4-star level. I will stay there again.

My fifth stay at the hotel this year and all I can say, is that the service is outstanding .The hotel staff is very courteous and the front desk manager Ulf is definitely the friendliest and most professional in the business. highly recommend the hotel if you are going to be in Frankfurt for business.

We can't say enough good things about the manager Ulf and his staff. We were difficult travellers, having 100kgs of luggage from mountaineering expeditions with us. Half of that needed to be sent home to the US, and other half kept here and washed. It was no problem to find us boxes and arrange the shipping for us. Also, it was no problem for them to direct us to a laundromat with our ton of clothing (that they could have profited from at the hotel). Our room was very clean and quiet, with a wondeful view of the surrounding forest trails (it was great watching the landing aircraft into FRA). And the bed was simply divine! Don't be afraid to stay here as tourists -- although it is a business oriented hotel, the hotel is next door to many forest trails (bicycle, horse, walking).
