We walked the short distance from the train station and tried our luck. The very personable manager (with excellent english) found us an available and ready room--for a small extra charge since we came in so early. Very convenient location for anyone coming in by train--or even from the airport if you get off the S Bahn at the HBF. Our room was comfortable and clean; breakfast the next morning was very good.. Travel information
Arrival by train: From Frankfurt central train station (Hauptbahnhof), take the main exit. Cross the square, keep right and turn left into Münchener Straße. Approximately 300m on the right-hand side, you will see the hotel.
Arrival by plane: From the airport, take the S8 line of the S-Bahn (city rail) to the 3rd stop (Hauptbahnhof). Follow the above directions.

Just a short walk to shopping area and the hotel is very well located walking distance from the main sightseeing places in Frankfurt. Functional - in a sort of "Premier Inn" style, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good.
