Hotel Jaguar City - Frankfurt/Main, Germany

We booked a double room but the hotel offered us a family room with buffet style breakfast (upgrade from regular breakfast) for 10 euros extra for each person. We thought it was a scam, so we asked for our original request. But we were given a twin room. We went back to the reception and claimed for a double room. After giving us a hard time, he gave us the family room. There was no double room available from the beginning and the hotel tried to fool us with silly offer. We were very disappointed with the way they treat the customer as much as the room quality.

The welcoming to the hotel was close to chocking: Poor english of a Japanese guy that had used another guest (from Germany) as translator from German to English plus use of phone in order to talk to the Hotel Manager. However, our room and bathroom was good: Clean, spacious, no strange smells. The brekfast buffet was worth the 6? (served in a very small room) since it was fresh and had a lot of selections. We were four persons in one room that stayed for three nights. The hotel "grow" day by day and gave us value for money.
