Fantastic four star hotel with great views over the Wartburg - make sure you request a room with Wartburg view before arrival. Apparently the hotel's public areas will be modernised at the end of the year which should make this the best hotel in Eisenach. With its hillside location overlooking the Wartburg and the beautiful surrounding countryside I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Hotel used to be a Courtyard and has now rebranded. Staff have stayed the same and apparently a major refurbishment is about to start. Rooms are well equipped and of a four star standard. Pay TV is free of charge which is pretty cool and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Though the hotel is located a little outside the towncenter you do have the amazing views onto Eisenachs Wartburg. Can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
