What Travellers Like
- My wife and I visited Dusseldorf after speaking to a couple we had met in Berlin. We found the hotel in a great location, although the extensive road works were a surprise. I feel we should have been informed on booking but they did not detract too much from our visit. We found the staff extremely friendly and the service on a similar standard to a Celebrity Cruise Ship. Our stay was prolonged by the 'volcanic activity' in Iceland. The staff could not do enough for us. We were allowed to change rooms after returning from the airport and were permitted access to the internet. May we draw your attention to your Concierge, Marco Rostani, who was exceptionally helpful. He went out of his way to suggest places to see and kept us apprised of our flight status.
