Very clean,extremely courteous and friendly staff, breakfast was one of the best buffets we have seen in Euorpe. Easy walk from the train station.

I see some personal travelers liked this hotel, but if you are on business steer well, well clear. Business services are among the worst I have ever experienced. Once again the Sheraton name is splashed onto a third-rate venue. Pros: - Reasonably well located Cons: - I arrived on a Sunday morning for meetings on Monday morning. In that entire period the hotel could not provide me with an iron or press my shirts. I must have asked them 10 times. In the end I had to steam my shirts in the shower and wear my suit buttoned all the way up the whole day. - No wireless in my room (although other rooms apparently did have). - No gym - No porter, parking or valet. So if you have a hire car you have to leave it standing in the middle of the street, while no-one helps you with your luggage, and then go try to find a car park for it. great - Tiny and crowded breakfast area. - Foyer smells like a cigar lounge.
