Our Chef de Cuisine Anton Althaler and his team take great pride in their creations. They are passionate about food and creative in its preparation. The menu offers a variety of gourmet treats: seafood and freshwater specialties, venison, choice selections of lamb and veal, Barberie duck, quail, traditional Samnaun dishes as well as low calorie and low carb options.
