J'ai dû séjourner dans cet hôtel au moment où mon petit garçon de 7 ans était entre la vie et la mort. J'y ai trouvé un endroit certes petit, mais confortable, propre et calme. D'autre part, le personnel et le directeur ont tous été un réconfort par leur sourire et leur chaleur. Si certains ne trouvent pas le personnel souriant, peut-être est-ce parce qu'ils ne reçoivent que le propre reflet de leur attitude ?

Nous sommes allés à l’hôtel Allegro, dans la zone de Bel Air/Picpus, à Paris.
Le personnel était très serviable et plaisant et notre chambre, de dimensions suffisantes, était propre. Le lit, qui aurait dû être remplacé depuis longtemps, était loin d’être génial pour les gens qui souffrent du dos. L’hôtel est assez loin du centre de Paris et la station de métro la plus proche est à 10 minutes à pied environ. Nous voyageons librement et réservons les chambres et les tickets de transport quasiment au jour le jour, et le prix absurde de l’accès à internet dans cet hôtel nous a vraiment contrariés. Ils nous ont demandé 20 EUROS par heure, le tarif le plus cher, et de loin, que nous ayons rencontré dans les six pays parcourus et dans tous les hôtels où nous avons logé. C’est inacceptable.
