This is a perfectly situated, very clean, very friendly, not too pricey hotel. We found it difficult to book online via many of the hotel booking sites as it was saying that the hotel was fully booked for the dates we required, which was disappointing, so we decided to ring them directly (they have english speaking reception staff) and booked over the phone, (they did have rooms available so its always worth ringing directly). Make sure you get them to send you an email to which you must respond confirming your booking, and you will have no probs. We stayed for 7 nights, no complaints, their is staff on the reception 24/7. We can't comment on the breakfast as we never made it down in time, too many late nights. If you want to stay in Toulouse then this is the hotel for you.
