We found this hotel on late rooms and read the rewiews on trip advisor that were quite good. The staff were nice enough and the outside of the hotel and reception were fine. We were put into a smoking room, we think as it really smelt of stale cigarettes, the room was ok, but very dirty, the bath room was full of that pink and black mould and there were broken tiles on the floor that had come off the wall next to the bath. It had been raining really hard and my jeans were wet so i hung them over the radiator to dry, when i took them off later on they were covered in other poeples hair, spiders webs and dust, the wall paper in the bedroom was peeling off, it was just really shabby. This hotel usually cost 99 euro a night, we got it for 84 and still felt ripped off! Our flight home was cancelled so was in a rush to find somewhere, our previous 2 nights in Dubllin were spent at st augustine apartment that were beautiful and about 10 euro a night cheaper, i would recommend giving this one a miss and going there instead, im going to post pictures of the apartment soon. We didnt eat but we had a drink the restaurant looked ok but again the seats in the bar were covered in muck and stains, that why we gave the food a miss (shame cause it was quite well priced for Dublin) this is not a boutique hotel so please dont get to excited if you decide to stay here and expect that.

The only thing that could have made our stay better would be free breakfast. We only stayed one night prior to heading back home, but it was a wonderful hotel all around. I would recommend it to anyone.
