1.8Visit was spoilt by poor staff communication. On the evening prior to depature I spoke to 3 people at reception to request a later checkout time,which I offered to pay for, as the flight home was not until 10pm the following night. 1 of the 3 people,a lady who was wearing a suit, said this would not be a problem. Imagine how it feels to return to the hotel around 1pm to be told at reception that they have packed your bags and that I have to pay for the room! No one knew anything of the request for late checkout and so I got a taxi and sat at the airport for 8 hours. Sorry but I wont be returning to this hotel.
