Stayed for a conference in October. Absolutely first class service from the moment I stepped out of the taxi to be greeted by the concierge to the moment I left when, as I stepped into the taxi, the same guy asked me whether there was anything about my stay that could be improved. I couldn't think of anything - which says it all. Rooms are huge, modern and very comfortable. Room service was spot on every time and housekeeping excellent. I know this is a 5 star hotel - but I have stayed in so-called 5 star hotels before and received 2 star service. This hotel lives up to it's billing. Highly recommended

Stayed in February of 2007, and loved it! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and any problems we had were dealt with VERY efficiently and politely by the reception staff. Will definitely stay here again on next visit!
