I stayed in this hotel in October 2007, in a single room (with a shower and no toilet). The hotel is very old, and the carpet has not been changed for at least a decade. The toilets were outside of the room, and were clean. Most of the rooms have toilets, but ask before you make a booking. It is in good location - Wedding, a few U-Bahn stops from Friedrich Strasse and Unter den Linden, the breakfast was adequate. Though it seems to me 45 euros for a single room with no toilet it is overpriced.
