"1. The hotel is not located where its postal address is. My taxi driver from out of town got lost. 2. The hotel lacks free wireless internet. In fact, my room had no internet conntectivity at all.3. No posting of the high cost (14E) for breakfast.4. Hotel took care of cab fare to airport when the shuttle service was down."
