The location is good and hotel Gates is located in a great section of Berlin. Furthermore very helpful English speaking front desk staff and the breakfasts are huge buffets. . Read review

The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed the local artwork in my room and throughout the hotel hallways. The people at the front desk were helpful and went out of their way to orient me to the city, transit, asked if I wanted something to read, etc. The bed was a bit hard, but otherwise, it was very comfortable and peaceful accommodation. The computer in the room with free internet was nice to have.. Read review
