Hotel Wallis - Munich, Germany     

Within walking distanc of attractions and great for the festivals!!!! It was on the main street which I liked but others may not like because of the noise. The breakfast was good and staff was very helpful.

Worst hotel we selected in recent 3 week/ 5 country Europe vacation. Location is quite near to rail station, yes, but be advised the street is very noisy , filled with pornography, nudity, casinos and obvious prostitution. Our room DIRECTLY faced an "adult" film house. The curtain was too thin to block out the neon signs which persisted thru-out night , and the heat necessitated an open window so that street noise could not be blocked either. My husband and I can laugh off a lot - we are adults - However our little daughter was with us. We had originally booked 4 nights on-line, but informed the hotel after seeing the room that we stay only that night, as it was too late to find another hotel. Checking out the following morning, we were told we would be billed for 2 nights regardless. The breakfast looked fine, but we did not stay to eat We completed our stay in Munich at another hotel.
